So finally I realize that fact that I am eating too much. From a while ago, I've gained about 2 plus kg. Must be all the binging... today, I had relatively safe portions. One Onigiri + less than half a packet of instant noodles for breakfast. One piece of honey dew for lunch, one large bowl of clam chowder plus chicken salad for dinner. I know, more meals, smaller portions. I'll start that regime tomorrow. For now I need to go grab a Mcflurry from McDonald's :D
